This service is run by Nepa Mitra, for Nepal customers.

Main terms all user agree are,

• Nepa Mitra, and mero eID does not share the data of customers to any 3rd party.
• Any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.
• For the purposes of the Data Protection, the data controller is Nepa Mitra, whose registered office is at Kathamandu, Nepal.
• We only use the information we collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Act.
• As the platform enables users to create their eIDs and share to anyone, Nepa Mitra do not carry any liability of data of customers and if its available to anyone in market.
